M Square Hotel - Vellore

The hotel is in a great spot, making it super convenient for my visits to CMC. The rooms were tidy and well-kept, which I really appreciated. The hospitality was amazing, with the staff being friendly and helpful, especially Barkath Bhai, who went above and beyond when I was feeling unwell by guiding me to a doctor.

well-maintained and great hotel, i loved its central location close to outside shop and all tamil nadu and cmc hospital. very supportive and helpful staff was available all the time. good service was provided here.

I had a really frustrating stay. The staff didn't speak any English or local language, which made communication impossible. Plus, the whole room setup was cramped, with no intercom or proper facilities, making it hard to even move around comfortably.

We experienced really good customer service when our room had a plumbing issue late at night. The staff promptly offered us a new room, showing great care. The cleanliness and friendliness were commendable. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Staff at M Square, especially ARMAAN, are welcoming and humble, making guests feel valued. the hotel provides clean rooms with good sunlight, regular cleaning, and a convenient location near CMC Vellore back gate.

Cons Despite the cleanliness of the rooms, there were some setbacks. the lift frequently required resetting throughout the day, causing inconveniences.
